YOUR ROLE
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver cloud-based AI solutions, focusing on high-impact use cases aimed at increasing productivity. You will contribute to the evolution of enabling architectures and components, leveraging state-of-the-art technologies.
Working closely with AI Architects and Business Translators, you will ensure reliability, scalability, and production readiness, following industry-standard DevOps and MLOps practices. The role includes designing and implementing LLM-based architectures—such as RAG, MCP, and A2A patterns—to build advanced agentic systems.
🎯 Responsibilities
* Collaborate proactively with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate functional requirements into scalable technical architectures, ensuring high-quality implementation of AI and LLM-based use cases.
* Design, develop, and optimize AI agents and conversational systems orchestrated through generative AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Copilot Studio, or equivalent orchestration platforms.
* Architect and implement LLM-based and agentic AI solutions (including RAG, hybrid search, agent orchestration, and agent-to-agent (A2A) interaction patterns), ensuring robustness, explainability, scalability, and production-grade performance.
* Ensure data quality, governance, compliance, and performance optimization across the end-to-end AI lifecycle.
* Design and evolve data models aligned with business objectives and enterprise data standards.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI engineering practices, DevOps/MLOps pipelines, and production-grade infrastructure.
🛠️Requirements
* 3–5 years of hands-on experience in software design and implementation, with a strong focus on AI-driven systems.
* Proven experience designing and deploying LLM-based and agentic AI systems in enterprise, production-grade environments.
* Experience with generative AI orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent tools).
* Practical experience working with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI API/SDK) and familiarity with fine-tuning or adapter-based approaches.
* Strong expertise in Python, PyTorch, and system design (software and data architecture).
* Solid experience with MLOps and DevOps practices, including version control (Git), containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and ML lifecycle management tools such as MLflow.
* Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
* Experience with object-oriented software development in Python and API design/implementation (additional languages are a plus).
* Practical experience deploying and operating containerized AI workloads on Kubernetes-based infrastructures.
* University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related fields.
* Fluent in English

* Experience with PySpark or Apache Spark across AWS or Azure environments.
