This role is one of significant responsibility and involves daily interaction with international Chefs and Chief Stewardesses. The successful candidate will leverage their exceptional skills to provide critical support to the culinary team.Key Responsibilities:Act as a direct point of contact for clients and suppliers.Manage client relationships, including interactions, price communication, and satisfaction follow-up.Manage relationships with internal company stakeholders.Follow up on purchase orders, enter them into the system, and ensure correct coding.Organize product transportation to clients in collaboration with internal shipping partners.Periodically update the price list.Ensure clear communication to clients and the internal organization regarding product specifications.Identify opportunities and develop commercial relationships.The Ideal Sales Support Candidate1–2 years of previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the yachting, food, personal care, or related sectors.Fluent English (C1 level).Excellent IT skills (e.g., CRM, Passpartout, Excel).Commercial mindset, understanding of client/market dynamics and requirements, and a strong results orientation.Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Highly motivated and capable of working in a team that consistently strives for excellence.Flexible and possessing strong organizational skills.Adaptable to change with a strong aptitude for problem-solving and multi-tasking.Our ValuesWe encourage collaboration, diversity of thought, and the ability to think outside the box.
