Company Introduction At Roche Pharma Italy, we are looking for an intern to join our Procurement team for a 6-month internship to support the Pharma Procurement Team and the local implementation of Supplier Onboarding global solution.
You’ll work closely with our local team, to optimize and standardize supplier management processes, playing an active role in a high-impact initiative from day one.
What you will do:
Support the team with day-to-day procurement activities, gaining specific knowledge in indirect procurement categories
Contribute to the design and implementation of the new Supplier Onboarding solution by collaborating with various internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment
Help prepare training materials and documentation for the new process
Who we are looking for:
A degree in Economics or Business Administration
Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
Proactive, precise, and detail-oriented
Ability to work effectively in a team
Strong motivation for professional growth and a desire to learn
Excellent command of both Italian and English (written and spoken)
