PpGV-Versace Outlet Serravalle Scrivia /p h3WHAT YOU WILL DO /h3 pSupport the Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager in driving the business results through a continuous development of the assigned team and an optimized management of the relevant department in terms of image, product, and operations. Coordinate the team to deliver the Versace experience. /p h3Business development /h3 ul liAnalyze the business, propose to Store Manager/ Assistant Store Manager action plans to reach qualitative and quantitative objectives, improve results, support key business strategies /li liConstantly review the sales and KPIs performance of the relevant Department /li liAnalyze sell through and liaise regularly with the different divisions on product availability and market trends to maximize productivity /li /ul h3Team Management /h3 ul liSupport the Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager in follow up with every team member on their monthly and yearly objectives to develop behavior, performance, and capabilities /li liContribute to create and foster a dynamic environment: enhance team spirit, promote teamwork, and maintain harmonious staff relations /li liCoordinate and make sure staff follow Company guidelines and are held accountable for achieving set goals /li liFollowing the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager direction, make sure that the team strive for high performance standards through effective training and coaching, always dedicating the right attention to the in-store follow-up after trainings delivered on the brand, products, operations, and soft skills /li liParticipate in the daily and weekly in store briefings to motivate, set objectives and show how to reach them /li liSupport with informative and inspiring participation the new staff onboarding experience /li liAssure staff is groomed, inviting, professional, and knowledgeable on product and related company information /li /ul h3Client Management /h3 ul liEnsures superior customer service standards, through constant follow up with the team, to deliver the Versace experience /li liBe a brand ambassador and build relationships with Versace clients. Be an example for the team by engaging in customer interactions /li liEncourages team members to focus on what they would like their clients to feel during a Versace experience /li /ul h3CRM /h3 ul liMonitor the team on managing their customer database, ensure they take actions to maintain a long-term relationship with customers and maximize sales opportunities /li liSupport the organization of in-store and promotional events, liaising with merchandising and PR team /li /ul h3Category Management /h3 ul liCollaborates inreaching an effective organization of the stock room according to the guidelines /li liAssures optimum shrinkage results are met by enforcing security measures and maintaining consistent accuracy in inventory levels /li liRemains in compliance with operational and company policies and procedures, and assures all policies are enforced /li liEnsures store presentation and visual merchandising standards are maintained according to company directives and applies strategies to deliver best results through merchandising and visual representation /li /ul h3YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Fashion or Business preferred /li li1-3 years of experience in retail management – luxury experience preferred /li liFull understanding of specialty retail and store operations /li liComputer skills, including operation of retail point of sale system, Word, Excel, and email /li liStrong interpersonal skills, an ability to maintain long-term relationships with clients, and an understanding of the needs and changes of the market /li liGood team management skills, with the potential to develop people personally and professionally /li liConfidence, organization skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills /li liVery good verbal and written communication skills /li liAbility to thrive within a high paced environment, multi-tasks with ease while maintaining a balance of daily responsibilities /li liA positive and constructive approach, sales focused with the ability to take ownership /li /ul h3WE’D LOVE TO SEE /h3 ul liAn entrepreneur with the ability to drive results; adaptable, problem solver, strategic /li liWell connected with a strong ability to engage /li liElevated customer service skills; a true fashion expert with a passion for sales /li liA positive, outgoing, high-energy personality able to thrive within a high paced environment /li /ul p— /p pVersace is an equal employment opportunity employer.
