As part of building an international team, we are looking for a Global IT Infrastructure Engineer. The Role The candidate will provide technical support and management of the company's IT infrastructure, including end-user computing environments, applications, collaboration platforms, and networks. They will diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, plan and implement new services, and coordinate with vendors to ensure high-quality support for a global workforce. Responsibilities Provide Tier 3 / VIP support for Windows, macOS, Linux, and Microsoft 365, ensuring quick and effective issue resolution. Support collaboration tools (video conferencing, messaging) and manage related company-wide online events. Build, maintain, and deploy end-user operating system images (Windows, macOS, Linux). Create tools, scripts, and automation to improve IT service efficiency and reliability. Manage endpoint services (e.g., JAMF, Intune) and mobile device management (MDM / MAM) platforms. Develop user documentation, runbooks, architecture diagrams, procedures, and knowledge bases. Provide architectural, engineering, and operational support for SaaS and enterprise IT systems. Foster close collaboration with internal IT and external service providers. Lead and execute IT projects with a strong focus on detail and high-quality delivery. Use metrics to drive performance analysis and operational efficiency improvements. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other IT team members. Requirements BA or BS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent work experience. Proven experience providing end-user technical support and VIP / 'white glove' support to C-level executives. Multiple years managing large-scale global MS Windows, MacOS, Linux, and VMware environments. Proficiency in managing Windows / Linux servers, virtualization technologies (VMware, AHV, Hyper-V). Configuration experience with endpoint management (Intune / JAMF) and mobile device management (MDM / MAM). Strong working knowledge of collaboration platforms (MS Teams, Zoom). Experience deploying enterprise applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience managing IT infrastructure hardware (switches, routers, firewalls, storage arrays). Advanced knowledge of network infrastructure components (routers, switches, firewalls, VPN). Must be available for after-hours support and on-call when needed. Experience operating IT services in a cloud-enabled environment. Participation in an after-hours on-call rotation is required. Willingness to travel up to 25%. Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills. Ability to work across multiple functions and time zones.
