Ph3Overview /h3 pOur bAsset Management Department /b in Europe is looking for an bAsset Manager /b who will manage all Operation and Maintenance dimensions of a group of operating assets including PV plants, Agrivoltaic plants and Storage assets, in line with Neoen’s strategic direction and in view of maintaining the highest value of the assets thanks to the maximization of their generated revenue and maintaining their operation capability over time. These assets are located in Italy. /p pConsequently, the Asset Manager needs to oversee globally all the aspects relevant to the assets performance, either from their technical, financial and corporate and social responsability perspective. /p pThe main responsibilities will be the following : /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupervise different assets (regular travels will be required) /li liMaximize production and billing of the power plant to meet or exceed the business plan, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency /li liMonitor the plants performance through adequate KPIs and detect and resolve issues on daily, weekly and monthly basis /li liTrack and calculate all losses the plants incur on a daily/weekly/monthly basis /li liImplement corrective action plans /li liMonitor the Actuals vs Budget and explain the differences /li liSupervise OM contractors and external consultants involved in preparation and execution of the Operation and Maintenance activities /li liEnsure that the asset is operating in accordance with the contractual obligations of the OM contractors /li liMonitor the punch list items resulting from the construction works /li liEnsure Workplace Health Safety and Environmental objectives are achieved /li liManage potential interferences between solar and agricultural operations: Monitor and mitigate any conflicts between solar installations and agricultural activities /li liEnsure operations and maintenance performance targets are achieved /li liEnsure maintenance outcomes are achieved while fostering a planned maintenance culture /li liManage the mitigations measures required by the authorities /li liManage the PPA contracts /li liManage relationship with stakeholders during OM (off-taker, grid operator, OM Contractor, landowners, lenders, etc...) /li liCoordinate and liaise as required with local communities to ensure the continuity of the relations established throughout the assets development and construction period /li liPrepare the budget forecasts for the OM and update them on a monthly basis based upon actuals provided by Neoen’s finance department /li liPrepare OM reporting for internal and external stakeholders in accordance with relevant agreements /li liInitiate claims against contractors or manufacturers if necessary /li liDeclare claims to insurers in case of incident and ensure follow-up /li liHandles any third party claims /li liProvide assistance to the Development team for setting-up OM solutions, discuss with potential Contractors/other parties or negotiating OM agreements before Financial close of future projects /li /ul h3Key Stakeholders relationships /h3 ul liOff takers /li liOM Contractor /li liLocal farming partners /li liThird Parties /li liLenders or their agents /li liContractors /li liRegulatory Authorities /li liOther local authorities /li liConsultants /li liLandowners /li liLocal communities /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
