Experteer Overview
In this role you will design and run global event media strategies to boost attendance, revenue, and brand impact across markets. You’ll collaborate with the Marketing & Growth team to connect audiences with Fever’s live experiences using traditional channels, data-driven insights, and strategic partnerships. You’ll shape activation programs, negotiate media deals, and optimize budgets for positive ROI while delivering projects on time. This is a high-growth opportunity to influence Fever’s global media presence and support its mission to democratize access to culture and entertainment. You will work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment that values curiosity, initiative, and impact.

Responsibilities
* 8+ years in traditional media (TV, radio, OOH)
* Bachelor in Marketing/Communications
* Proficient written and verbal English; second language a plus
* Experience in media xjrgpwk planning and buying
* Knowledge of alternative marketing/media options and integration with brand goals
* Experience in affiliate marketing a plus
* Dynamic, proactive, ambitious; solution-focused; attitude over aptitude
