We are seeking a talented Global Purchasing Manager Finished Goods AFM, to join our Purchasing team at Dayco.The role leads and coordinates the Global Aftermarket Purchasing Team, working closely with the Global Purchasing Manager to manage and develop strategic suppliers. Key responsibilities include driving cost reduction initiatives (Cost Out projects), identifying and developing new strategic suppliers, supporting supplier negotiations, and managing the procurement of new product lines and new SKUs within the NPI process. The role also supports S&OP initiatives and cross-functional supply chain projects to ensure alignment across the organization.Define contracts with vendors and suppliers on pricing, lead time and terms of agreementWork with SQE to set suppliers approval process.Manage local teams and monitor Global Cost Out Projects .Maintain consistent communication with suppliers (sampling) and Dayco engineering (testing) to ensure that new SKUs or COPs SKUs are approved.Interface between suppliers and engineering/operations/marketing to answer any questions related to RFQ.Set and monitor KPIs (cost savings,
