The Scrum Master will be responsible for coaching the team, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and ensuring the team adheres to Agile principles and practices. ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES •Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, and sprint retrospective. •Coach the team on Agile principles and practices. •Help the team to identify and remove impediments to progress. •Promote continuous improvement within the team. •Protect the team from distractions and ensure they are focused on delivering value. •Work with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is prioritized and aligned with business goals. •Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders to promote Agile practices across the organization.
