Your responsibilities:
1. Search Strategy, Implementation and Monitoring: Develop and refine an integrated global search strategy (SEM and SEO), supporting markets in the implementation and monitor performance.
2. Reporting and Analysis: Produce regular, in-depth reports on media campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to measure campaign success.
3. Innovation: Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, global scalability, and new growth opportunities based on global search trend analytics.
4. Training and Trends Monitoring: Provide training sessions and resources to local teams to enhance their understanding of media.
Your profile:
5. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Economics or a related field
6. At least 3 years of relevant experience in the field of Media, Search or Data Analysis
7. Strong analytical mind, a passion for data-driven marketing, and expertise in managing paid search and digital media campaigns across platforms
8. Advanced knowledge of the Google ecosystem (Ads, GA4, Trends...) and strong Excel skills for data analysis
9. Fluent in English and preferably in Italian and/or German
