TXT e-Techis seeking aJunior UX/UI Designerwho will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user experiences for web and mobile applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to the development and evolution of digital products.
Main responsibilities
Design intuitive and engaging user experiences for web and mobile applications;
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs;
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders;
Contribute to the creation, maintenance, and evolution of design systems;
Ensure consistency and usability across all digital touchpoints;
Participate in user research and usability testing when needed;
Manage smaller design tasks or projects autonomously.
Required technical skills
At least one year of prior experience as a UX/UI Designer;
Strong proficiency in Figma;
Knowledge of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design;
Good working proficiency in English.
Optional technical skills
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite;
Basic knowledge of front-end technologies HTML/CSS;
Experience working in Agile environments.
Education
High school diploma.
The ideal candidate should also be able to work both as part of a team and independently, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
