Ph3What To Expect /h3 pThe Regional B2B Lead plays a pivotal role in managing Tesla's B2B sales footprint across South Europe, enabling the team to farm existing relationships and hunt new opportunities with large corporate clients, Leasing and Fleet Management companies (LFMs), and other mobility providers. Reporting to the Regional Director, this role drives the B2B agenda for enterprise prospects and clients, overseeing team efforts to secure agreements, nurture partnerships, and unlock opportunities. /p pThis role demands a sales leader's vision for uncovering, influencing, and maintaining high‑potential leads and accounts, then educating and converting them into long‑term partnerships aligned with Tesla’s mission. /p pThis role could be based at any metro area Tesla location in Italy or South Europe. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liLead and manage a team of Account Managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve individual and team targets, fostering a high‑performance culture through serving leadership and leading by example in select high‑impact initiatives. /li liSupport and guide the B2B teams in the region, helping them leverage the growing set of tools, KPIs and programs, while ensuring the necessary level of control and scrutiny. /li liShadow Account Managers during key client meetings to provide real‑time feedback, mentorship, and support, helping them refine their approach, overcome challenges, and enhance overall performance. /li liDevelop and implement regional plans to identify and target clients with significant fleet potential through market research, industry networking, and targeted outreach campaigns across the South Europe region. /li liDevelop and maintain an end‑to‑end Residual Value strategy, while influencing key players such as RV setters and RV risk takers (such as LFMs). /li liGet directly involved in key deals and provide leadership in high‑level meetings, showcasing Tesla’s value proposition, addressing client needs and aligning solutions with their business goals, while delegating execution to the team and supporting their efforts. /li liAct as a liaison between various Tesla teams and clients to coordinate strategies, resolve objections and drive cross‑functional collaboration. /li liEnsure synergy and alignment between the B2B team and relevant Country Managers, as well as key internal stakeholders including Sales Operations, Delivery, Service, and Used Cars teams. /li liMaintain accurate CRM records for all client interactions, monitor and manage KPIs to ensure result‑oriented performance toward regional targets, and generate reports for control and decision‑making. /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul liProven leadership and people management experience, with a track record of building and motivating high‑performing sales teams in an international B2B environment. /li liThe successful candidate is expected to have the right growth mindset, strong negotiation skills, and keen attention to detail, combined with a customer‑focused approach. /li liSelf‑starter with adaptability and ability to thrive in high‑pressure, international environments while emphasizing KPIs management and result‑oriented outcomes. /li liDemonstrated ability to drive results through personal accountability, team empowerment, and alignment with Tesla’s core principles, including leading by example in individual contributions. /li liExceptional communication and relationship‑building skills to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive leadership across multiple countries. /li liFluency in English (written and oral), with proficiency in at least one additional South European language (e.g. Spanish, Italian, French, Turkish or Portuguese) preferred. /li liValid driver’s license. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
