It is present in more than 80 countries with 5,000 points of sale, including more than 400 company‑owned stores. /ppFor one of the most relevant Stores in Diesel’s European network – Orio al Serio – we are now recruiting a new Part‑Time 20h Client Advisor. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliAct and think first of the client and their experience, with an in‑depth knowledge of the desires, needs and expectations of clients /liliWelcome and assist each client, providing an excellent in‑store experience at all times /liliBe a master at storytelling and the art of asking engaging questions /liliCreate a long‑term authentic bond with clients by making them feel the experience is truly about them /liliDeal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary /liliDemonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, to drive individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results /liliBe proactively engaged in cross‑selling with all departments and maximise sales opportunity to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs /liliProve brand and product knowledge /liliEnsure and maintain the shop floor and visual display to a high standard, complying with company operational guidelines and stock procedures /liliContribute to ensuring a high level of security and be attentive to prevent product thefts, including tagging garments and merchandise on the floor /liliThink innovatively about how we can improve and generate new ways, stay up‑to‑date with new fashion trends and competitors /liliDevelop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives /liliManage and drive sales by understanding client desires and create a hand‑crafted experience for the client to achieve the best sales performance /li /ulh3Key Requirements /h3ulliPrevious experience in sales roles; experience in structured fashion luxury/retail companies is a plus; passionate about retail, client service and commercial mindset /liliExcellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity /liliStrong communication skills /liliWillingness to evolve in the organization, willingness to relocate is a plus /liliDigitally aware and open to new ways of working /liliStrong competencies in decision making, strategic thinking, financial acumen, innovation, focus on customer and execution /li /ulh3Language Proficiency /h3p Language proficiency: Italian and English are mandatory.
