OverviewThe Wholesale team operates in a fast‐paced, dynamic environment, partnering with Department Stores, Specialty Stores, and Online retailers to maximize sales and build strong, long‐term relationships. The team evaluates distribution opportunities, manages market appointments, oversees post‐market activities, and drives retail performance. Wholesale collaborates closely with Planning, Merchandising, Retail, Customer Service, and Finance to deliver commercial targets.You AreEnergetic, reliable, and self‐motivated, with strong communication and analytical skills.Highly organized, detail‐oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment.Passionate about fashion, confident in presenting collections, and eager to deepen product knowledge.Agile, proactive, and solution‐oriented, with an entrepreneurial mindset.Able to adapt communication style to different audiences and build strong internal and external relationships.What You'll DoWeekly ResponsibilitiesManaging customer account queries; forwarding and resolving with CS/FinancePull sales data and support business-driving decisionsShare weekly ATS reports and manage reorders and swaps for Specialty Stores; support Key Accounts as neededTrack payments and deliveries for Specialty Stores and Key AccountsHandle general administrative tasks, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and escalate to Senior AEs when requiredQuarterly / Seasonal ResponsibilitiesConduct competitive analysis for Women's all divisionsPrepare and distribute seasonal marketing assets to Specialty StoresTrack seasonal sell-out for key accountsAssist the Showroom Coordinator with sample intakeSupport image requests and manage access to the image portalMaintain updated customer contact listsSupport store visits and maintain updated distribution mapping and door countsCreate Product Knowledge Packs and support training sessionsMarket ResponsibilitiesManage sales appointments and take ownership of assigned accountsOrganize market appointments in line with the Market Diary and maintain logsEnsure all accounts receive relevant market communications and materials; follow up post‐appointmentPresent new seasonal collections to selected Specialty Stores and support AEs with Key Account appointmentsEnsure all orders are submitted by the deadline, entered correctly, and trackedCapture and relay customer feedback to the Senior AE and DirectorCommunicate changes to customers during and after market (pricing, style codes, materials, delivery windows)Support Senior AE with booking report checksAssist the Showroom Coordinator with sample logging and showroom setupYou'll Need to HaveFluency in Italian and English; Russian is a plusWholesale experience in a premium or luxury environmentStrong understanding of wholesale operationsProficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPointAbility to collaborate effectively with cross‐functional partnersAdaptability in communication style to suit different audiences and levelsWe'd Love to SeeA confident communicator who builds strong internal and external relationshipsA proactive, self‐motivated individual with strong mental agilityA collaborative team player with a positive, solutions‐oriented attitudeExceptional organizational skills, analytical mindset, and attention to detailAbility to problem-solve, be forward thinking and anticipate needsEntrepreneurial, out of the box thinkerBenefits & InclusionOur purpose is to make all employees and customers #FeelGreat with Michael Kors.
