This role requires an in-depth understanding of the market, customers, and relevant technologies. You will work alongside our technical product teams and sales professionals across different countries to convert market demand into strategic initiatives or portfolio offerings, while also supporting sales enablement. We are looking for an experienced colleague to join our team, bringing strategic thinking, execution competence and technical understanding. Lead strategic initiatives and coordinate cross‐functional teams across departments and countriesDrive go‐to‐market strategies for vertical offerings and support launch activities in focus countriesOwn customer requirements, including business potential, and influence product roadmapsSupport sales and validate solution offerings for critical environments, both commercially and technicallyDevelop training and certification programmes in collaboration with our Training Academy and Partner Management teamFurther develop our global partner network to allow for growth through standardised solutionsEnable and support local teams by providing application knowledge
Your Skills And Experience
Master's degree or equivalent in engineering or a business‐related fieldA minimum of 10 years' professional experience in the building automation industry, ideally with a focus on Critical Environment TechnologyDeep market knowledge with the ability to evaluate customer objectives and translate them into compelling offerings and go‐to‐market strategiesProfound understanding of relevant regulations, such as Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)Experience in defining and developing standardised portfolio offeringsExperience in defining and executing go‐to‐market strategiesStrategic mindset combined with critical thinking skillsStakeholder management skills and the ability to coordinate cross‐functional and international teams, as well as senior managementExcellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills in English. Proficiency in German is a significant advantage
