As a Commissioning Engineer, you will lead commissioning activities from plant start-up through acceptance testing, ensuring safe, timely execution and reliable hand-over to the operations team. You will work with cross-functional teams to meet budgets, schedules, and customer satisfaction, while applying rigorous safety and quality standards. This role offers exposure to anaerobic digestion and waste treatment projects at scale, with significant impact on project profitability and performance. You will guide training and provide risk-based solutions to enable safe, efficient operation.

* Manage all commissioning activities from dry commissioning to acceptance testing
* Read and interpret contracts to ensure Anaergia obligations are met
* Estimate, develop and align on job schedule and budget with PM/Engineer
* Monitor plant component functionality during commissioning
* Coordinate resources and conduct regular site meetings
* Identify project risks early and implement mitigations
* Manage client relationships and on-site communications within plan
* Ensure O&M manuals are delivered on time and supervise operator training
* Oversee component tests and prepare test protocols
* Provide feedback for continuous improvement and report as per plan
* Authorize customer communications within approved limits
* Lead and train operations/clients on daily operating processes
* Ensure safe and compliant project execution and timely data reporting
Responsabilità
* Technical diploma or degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
* Minimum 3 years as Site Manager in industrial/biogas power plant construction
* Strong ability to read technical drawings, P&IDs, control narratives, and related documents
* Experience with SCADA/DCS and ISO 9001/14001/45001 standards
* Fluent in Italian; good English (spoken and written)
* Ability to lead and coordinate resources and manage schedules and budgets
* Experience in training resources on safety and technical topics
* Knowledge of waste treatment, anaerobic digestion, and water treatment plants
