Join us and play a key role in shaping our safety culture and sustainability strategy worldwide! /p h3What will you do? /h3 ul liLead and coordinate the Global HSE Sustainability function, defining roles, responsibilities, policies, standards and procedures across all regions. /li liSupport Regional Directors, Plant Managers and HSE teams in managing complex or critical situations, ensuring proper documentation and implementation of corrective actions. /li liProvide guidance on HSE matters to Project Managers, including on-site inspections during project feasibility and execution phases. /li liDrive HSE, ESG and CSR training initiatives in collaboration with HR and the Global HSE Team. /li liAct as the RSPP ensuring full compliance with local regulations. /li liRepresent the company with external stakeholders on safety, environmental and sustainability topics. /li liLead the Company Sustainability Committee and support Top Management in defining and executing sustainability strategies. /li liOversee ESG data collection and analysis, defining materiality, decarbonization strategies and monitoring the Sustainability Plan. /li liCoordinate the implementation of sustainability initiatives across all business functions and manage ESG reporting in line with recognized standards (GHG, CSRD, ESRS, CSDDD). /li /ul h3What are we looking for? /h3 ul liSolid background in Health, Safety, Environment and Sustainability, with excellent knowledge of HSE regulations, ESG frameworks and reporting standards. /li liRSPP certificate /li liExperience in manufacturing environments and WCM standards. /li liStrong leadership, accountability and team management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. /li liAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, resilient approach. /li liTeam player with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. /li liMaster’s degree or higher in Engineering or Health, Safety or Environmental fields, with additional training in sustainability. /li liAt least 5 years of experience in similar global or multi-site roles. /li liFluent in English. /li liAvailable to travel for about 30% of the time. /li /ul h3What do we offer? /h3 ul liContinuous training /li liDynamic and international environment /li liCareer growth and internal mobility opportunities in an industry-leading company. /li liFlexible working hours and smart working (defined days per month). /li liCorporate restaurant partnership. /li /ul pSounds like a fit?
