The selected candidate will be part of the Technical Direction, reporting directly to the Technical Director, Development and Maintenance. The role will collaborate with the Site Coordinator and be responsible for maintenance activities in stores, warehouses, and headquarters.
Responsibilities
* Supervision of regular and extraordinary maintenance of stores, headquarters, and depots via on‑site inspections.
* Selection of suppliers according to company procedures.
* Negotiation of rates with suppliers to optimise costs and propose improvement actions.
* Management of maintenance contracts.
* Supervision of maintenance work carried out by external companies.
* Ongoing communication with internal functions.
* Knowledge of safety regulations and its application.
* In‑depth knowledge of contracts and contractual terms.
* Full collaboration with the technical and indirect purchasing departments.
Qualifications
* Diploma as a surveyor and/or degree in engineering or related fields.
* 3‑5 years of prior experience in a similar position in structured companies.
* Excellent problem‑solving skills.
* Teamwork orientation.
* Critical and proactive mindset.
* Willingness to travel within Lombardy, Piedmont, and Emilia‑Romagna.
Strong organisational and relational skills complete the profile.
