The role focuses on planning, conducting, and managing audits within our certification business related to the different certification schemes. #LI-MC1 Key Accountabilities
Audit Program Management : You will prepare, manage, and control the audit program to align with organizational goals and industry standards. Document Review : Conduct thorough reviews of customer management system documents to ensure compliance and accuracy. Audit Planning : Plan audits in coordination with relevant stakeholders. Audit Participation : Lead and participate in audits, conducting interviews and assessing management systems. Audit Result Definition : Identify and define audit results, including findings and recommendations for certification decisions. Report Generation : Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings and recommendations. Follow-Up Management : Manage the follow-up process, tracking non-conformities and ensuring resolution. Technical Review : Conduct technical reviews and propose certification decisions based on analysis. Skill Maintenance : Stay updated on industry standards and best practices. Resource Performance Monitoring : Monitor resource performance and provide guidance. Data Management : Maintain updated records relevant to the audit process. Customer Engagement : Manage technical meetings with customers to build relationships and address concerns. Education
