The Role
We are looking for a
Senior Electric Motor Design Engineer
to strengthen our Motors & Drives R&D; team in Senago.
In this role, you will take technical ownership of electric motor development for fan applications, from concept to industrialization.
This position requires strong technical independence, hands-on engineering capability, and a structured, solution-oriented mindset.
While the role does not include people management, it offers significant responsibility, autonomy, and influence on product performance, efficiency, and reliability.
