We are looking for a demand planner to join our team in MilanThe person will be supporting activities for our APAC and America regions.With a strong statistical and analytical background to support accurate demand forecasting and planning activities, the role focus focuses on developing, maintaining, and improving forecasting models, using DP tools and external input.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal supply chain performance.Responsibilities:Develop, manage, and continuously improve statistical demand forecasts at SKU, life cycle, country and channel levelApply quantitative forecasting methods (SO99 tools)Integrate business inputs and new launches with statistical forecasts to produce a consensus demand planSupport new product launches with baseline forecasts and scenario analysisCollaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and BU teams during S&OP; processAnalyze historical sales data, trends, seasonality to improve forecast accuracyPrepare dashboards, reports and presentations for management reviewRequirements:2-3 years of experience in Demand Planning or ForecastingStatistics, Engineering or Economics degreeFluent in EnglishDemonstrated proficiency in statistics, forecasting and forecasting methods with an understanding of their financial and operational impacts, and sales/inventory analysisStrong analytical mindset, focus and determination in driving a timely and accurate execution of analysisNegotiation skills, ability to work as a liaison between local sales and the commercial operations teams, to develop a collaborative and cross-functional approach to demand planningIT skills: Advanced working knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office and demand planning software (SO99+ is preferred)Key Competencies:Data-driven mindsetAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and accuracyWhat we will offer:Unique brand to discoverDiscount on our productsDynamic atmosphere in an international environmentOpportuni
