Ph3System Integration Responsible – Chassis Engineering /h3 pAnkers is looking for a System Integration Responsible (SIR) to join the Chassis Engineering area. /p pThe role acts as a single point of contact between the Chassis Technical Team and the Project Platform, ensuring system‑level integration of cost reduction, quality, and technical modification activities throughout the entire product development lifecycle. /p h3Responsibilities Qualifications /h3 ul liCoordinate and track chassis modifications related to cost reduction and quality in collaboration with technical specialists /li liEnsure system‑level consistency of chassis solutions with vehicle and platform objectives /li liInterface with Idea Generation teams to evaluate and prioritize cost‑saving initiatives /li liCollaborate with Quality teams for the management of risks, Opening Packs, and corrective actions /li liCoordinate the preparation of concise technical documentation (one‑pagers) and present them in project meetings /li liMonitor workload and resource allocation through WBS tracking /li liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive, or similar) /li liExperience in product development and system integration environments /li liGood knowledge of vehicle systems, preferably chassis /li liFamiliarity with cost reduction and quality processes /li liAbility to work effectively in complex, cross‑functional environments /li liStrong coordination and communication skills /li liStructured, result‑oriented mindset /li liAbility to manage priorities and multiple stakeholders /li /ul pWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
