About You
3–5 years of experience in private markets investing (Private Equity, Venture Capital, Growth Equity, Secondaries, or Private Credit), ideally within Anfänger semiconductor fund of funds, asset manager, family office, or institutional allocatorHands-on experience conducting manager due diligence and evaluating fund investmentsStrong analytical and financial modelling skillsProven experience drafting and presenting investment memorandaStrong understanding of key investment metrics (e.g., IRR, MOIC, benchmarking)Experience in client-facing activities such as portfolio updates, investment pitches, or investor meetingsComfortable representing the firm in professional settings, including networking Estat events and conferencesExceptional written and verbal communication skills in EnglishProactive, structured, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownershipProficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with tools such as Preqin, PitchBook, or Power BI is a plus
