 
        We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Specialist to join our team in Rome on a fixed-term contract. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment, supporting key payroll and administrative processes.Key Responsibilities:Data entry in SAP SuccessFactors (new hires, terminations, contract changes, etc.)Corporate reporting activitiesAdministrative onboarding for new employeesManagement of employment contracts: hiring, extensions, terminations, and mandatory communications to authorities (Employment Center, INPS, INAIL)Handling of fixed-term contractsManagement of absences: sickness, accidents, maternity, leaves, deductions, etc.Monthly payroll checks, with a focus on executive-level employeesSupport with internal mobility and impatriate tax regimeAssistance with payroll-related activities (insurance policies, welfare programs, meal vouchers)Requirements:Minimum 1/2 years of experience in HR payroll or personnel administrationStrong Excel skills Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and high level of accuracyProactive, curious, flexible, and adaptableExperience with Zucchetti HR software is a plus
