Job Title: CUSTOMER CARE JUNIOR
Looking for a Customer Care Junior for a prestigious company in the province of Cuneo. The role begins with a 1–2 month temporary contract followed by direct hiring in apprenticeship.
Responsibilities
* Manage evening shipments, handling van departures, preparing waybills, travel documents, and center keys.
* Handle returns and pickups.
* Interface with customers, carriers, drivers, and warehouse staff.
Working Hours
Weekdays (shipping): Monday‑Friday, 9:00‑18:00 (one hour lunch break) with variable departure time depending on warehouse activity; may finish between 18:00‑21:00 and be compensated on the following day.
Normal weekdays: Monday‑Friday, 9:00‑18:00 with one hour lunch break.
Saturday: once a month from 7:30 to 12:00.
Requirements
* Young (apprenticeship age), resident within 15 km radius, own car.
* Willingness to work flexible hours, be talkative by telephone, and comfortable with computer and Excel.
* Some knowledge of English preferred.
Employment & Compensation
1–2 month temporary contract followed by direct hiring in apprenticeship (initial level 6, final level 4). Overtime and Saturday work are paid.
