Turner & Townsend are leaders in professional services to the Data Centre sector globally. We are recruiting an experienced Project Planner to join our team in Milan.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain the project schedule using Primavera P6.
* Monitor and control project progress including earned value tracking against the baseline schedule.
* Work with multiple stakeholders to review project progress and identify areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with the Planning Lead and project team to identify and mitigate schedule risks.
* Provide regular reports to the project manager on project status and schedule performance.
* Develop and manage the integrated work breakdown structure for the project.
* Integrate various contract packages into the master plan schedule.
* Prepare regular internal/external weekly and monthly progress reports for management and client.
Qualifications
* University Degree in a construction related field.
* 5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling with a focus on complex construction projects and preferably previous Data Center experience.
* Proficiency in Primavera P6 and EVM.
* Excellent communication skills including the ability to extract data from multiple stakeholders.
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
* Italian and English language skills.
