Some laboratory experience and knowledge of ELISA, SDS-PAGE, Dot-Blot, Western-Blot techniques;
good knowledge of molecular biology, microbiology;
ability to understand, interpret, and communicate complex scientific data and ensures timely sharing of information;
utilizes scientific knowledge and experience to influence technical decisions;
must be comfortable conversing with opinion leaders regarding highly technical information;
ability to be productive and successful in an intense work environment and he/she must be a Team Player.

Participates in the design of scientific research experiments under his/her scientific Tutor.
Works closely under the direction of scientific staff for the implementation of scientific experiments, data collection and their interpretation.
Utilizes scientific knowledge and experience to influence technical decisions.
Implements highest ethical standards, good scientific practices & data integrity in his/her daily scientific activities.
Participates in writing internal/external reports and scientific documents in support of projects.
Communicates effectively with manager, senior scientific staff and members from other Functions to ensure progression of project related work.

You will be contributing to various projects, participating in the design of scientific research experiments and be responsible to understand, interpret, and communicate complex scientific data.
Must be comfortable conversing with opinion leaders regarding highly technical information.
Must be a self-starter able to handle multiple projects concurrently; possess a good balance of creative, analytical and strong communication skills.
Ability to be productive and successful in an intense work environment and must be a Team Player.
