You will identify and implement innovative solutions to relevant problems, and you will showcase your expertise by sharing ideas and by working both independently and as part of a Research Development team. /p pThe work model for the role is: this role contributes to Electrification/Smart Building/Protection devices in Vittuone (Milan). You will be part of the RD center IT, responsible for several electro-mechanical low voltage devices (socket, fuseholder, etc.) and for low voltage protection devices and components (RCCB, RCBO, MCB, AFDD, motor reclosing, etc.). You will be part of the Product Care unit, managing the maintenance and the improvement/optimization of products in production (mainly in our factory in Santa Palomba, Rome, but not only), inside a global and international environment. /p pYou will be mainly accountable for: /p ul liWorking as an independent and reliable contributor in RD projects with limited supervision. /li liPerforming various tasks in the assigned area (e.g., mechanics, thermal, software), from building concepts, gathering requirements to designing, implementing, integrating, testing, technology transfer or maintenance, and operations. /li liUnderstanding and applying applicable processes, standards, guidelines, and requirements, including architectural and design constraints. /li liDriving the achievement of assigned targets (quality, time, scope, cost) and raising and addressing risks. /li liDesign (2D and 3D) mechanical parts and assemblies of Low Voltage Breakers. /li liSupport Production, Quality and Engineering department during production process implementation of new products or modifications to existing ones. /li liAct as a project leader to release some Range Extension of devices already in production. /li /ul h3Qualifications for the Role /h3 ul liMaster’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering /li liKnowledge of 2D/3D CAD.
