A leading eCommerce agency is looking for a highly strategic Account Director to lead one of their largest Amazon clients across Europe. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in high-impact environments and wants to shape the future of a multi-category brand across Amazon platforms.
As the strategic lead, you’ll oversee a major Amazon Ads account with multiple product categories and multiple stakeholders. You’ll guide two high-performing Account Managers and work closely with the broader European team to drive performance, innovation, and strategic clarity.
What You’ll Do
Own the Amazon advertising strategy (PPC and DSP) for a key client
Act as the primary strategic partner across regional and global brand stakeholders
Lead internal planning and external communications to ensure campaign alignment and success
Guide and coach Account Managers, ensuring best-in-class execution and insight-driven planning
Develop scalable strategies that combine ad performance, creative, and retail insight
Navigate and coordinate across multiple markets, teams, and timelines
What They’re Looking For
Deep expertise in Amazon PPC and DSP advertising, with a strong understanding of retail media
Strategic thinker with experience working across complex client environments
Excellent client-facing communication skills; confident leading senior-level conversations
Highly organised and able to delegate effectively in fast-paced settings
Experience with cross-market strategy or consumer electronics is a plus
Fluency in French, German, Spanish, or Italian is highly desirable
Team Environment
You’ll report to a Senior Director
You'll manage a team of two experienced Account Managers
Collaborate with a wider team across Europe, all focused on eCommerce excellence
Salary range €50,000 - €55,000
