We are looking for
a driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative - Categorie Protette l. 68/99 (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.
Your role in BizAway
1. Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, Linkedin and other touchpoints (if cold-calling scares you, this position is probably not for you)
2. Get a full understanding of our value proposition and how we can help companies save money, time, and frustrations
3. Research and qualify new prospects in Italy, making sure that they have a problem that BizAway can solve
4. Work together with the Country Sales Manager and the Account Executive to define target lists
5. Present our solution to a range of people (Office Managers, Travel Managers, HR Directors, etc.)
6. Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth
Your basic qualifications
7. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
8. Native level of Italian and good level of English
9. Hunger: you are not afraid of challenges and you are eager to learn something new every day
10. Proactivity: you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakes
11. Organization: we say that if an activity is not in our CRM, then it doesn’t exist. Precision is key to having great results in a fast environment
12. Flexibility: you are comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties
We are also interested in
13. Previous experience in Sales and/or SAAS start-up is a big plus
14. Any other language is a plus
