Employment Type: 1 Tempo parziale – 20 hrs/week Contract : Permanent/Fixed Tem Contract Customer Experience & Sales Welcome customers with elegance, representing the Brand Proactively maximize cross-selling opportunities by leveraging the full range of products available in-store. Enhance brand loyalty by transforming every client visit into a memorable luxury shopping experience Handle requests and feedback professionally, aligned with luxury service standards Sales Performance & Business Development Achieve and exceed sales targets Support and participate to in-store events to boost visibility and sales Collaborate with the team to monitor KPIs (ATV, UPT, conversion rate...) Boutique Operations & Visual Merchandising Ensure impeccable visual standards and brand image in the store Manage stock levels, product replenishment, and back-of-house organization Execute all operational and stock management activities—including inventory, logistics, cash handling, and reporting—in strict accordance with company policies and head office guidelines. At least 1–2 years of experience in high-end retail, preferably in Fragrance/ Beauty/ Luxury Retail Experience Strong communication skills in Italian and English; other foreign language skills are a plus Confidence in using digital tools and POS systems Flexibility to work varied shifts as required by the business, including weekends and public holidays.
