Spa Beautician Duties And Responsibilities
* Provide consistent massages and body /facial treatments as directed in training classes
* Recommend and up-sell services that fit the guest's needs
* Communicate and describe accurately the spa offerings and their benefits
* Offer the highest level of personalized service while maintaining a gracious, enthusiastic, helpful and professional attitude with all guests and colleagues
* Maintain a clean, safe, stocked and well-organized work area
* Take care of the equipment and products used throughout the spa facility
* Assist in all areas of the spa’s operation as directed by management
Requirements
* Beautician degree
Minimum of 5 years experience as a licensed Beautician in a luxury hotel environment
* Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Italian and English
* Excellent interpersonal skills
Knowledge of holistic concepts and treatments
Self-motivation
