Experteer Overview In this role you will coordinate the end-to-end supply chain for KONE Doors, ensuring a fast, transparent flow of materials and services. You will build and harmonize processes, KPIs, and tools to support field operations and drive continuous improvement. You'll work closely with procurement and suppliers to secure high-quality, cost-effective resources, while enabling efficient logistics for service technicians. Retribuzione / Benefits Onboard, manage and monitor suppliers and service providers in alignment with KDB Procurement category management steering
Purchase order management and delivery monitoring with escalation and recovery actions as needed
Develop and monitor efficient processes from purchase requisitions to goods receival in the field; coach field staff on process changes
Ensure defined logistics processes enable fast, transparent supply of goods to service technicians
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness
Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure high-quality, cost-effective procurement and issue resolution
Responsabilità Experience of supply chain processes in logistics, inventory management, and purchasing
Proficiency with MS Office/Excel and ERP/SAP
Project management and problem-solving skills; Lean Six Sigma is a plus
Bachelor or Master level studies in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
Willingness to travel locally; occasional travel to other European countries
Good professional fluency in English; French, Italian or Spanish are a plus
Ability to work independently and proactively seek support when needed
