* Plays a central role on the sales floor, increasing Boutique sales and achieving the objectives, by working on his/her own KPIs, always delivering memorable experiences & services in store. Supports colleagues & other team members in the boutique.

* Embodies TAG Heuer’s brand DNA and acts as a passionate Brand Ambassador in and outside the Boutique. Achieves individual clienteling objectives leveraging all the tools provided. Ensures qualitative client data collection and leverages the data to address clients in a personally relevant way.

* Contributes to all daily processes under the supervision of the Boutique management. Leverages properly all tools. Applies rigorously all guidelines related to grooming, attitudes, and Visual Merchandising.

* Understanding of sales KPIs.
* Knowledge of Client and Clienteling KPIs.
