This two-year programme is designed to prepare you for future engineering, operational and technical roles within GSK's Global Supply Chain (GSC) within your chosen discipline.

What will you do?
* Project Ownership: Take ownership of product lifecycle projects, working closely with experienced mentors.
* Operational Engineering: Gain hands-on experience in process engineering, validation, and sterile manufacturing environments.
* Product and Technology Knowledge: Work with a range of products and technologies, including bulk manufacturing, sterile processes, granulation, compression, and distillation.
* Safety and Environmental Improvements: Identify opportunities for safety and environmental enhancements, including conducting HAZOP and risk assessments.
* Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot production problems in manufacturing facilities and perform root cause analysis.
* Process Design and Validation: Design, install, commission, and validate new processes and equipment.
* New Product Introduction: Support New Product Introduction and Technology Transfer activities.
* Plant Turnaround Activities: Engage in activities ranging from equipment configuration to plant decontamination.
* Process Automation and Innovation: Explore process automation and new technologies, such as PAT, data analytics, and continuous manufacturing.
* Process Safety: Conduct hazard identification (e.g., HAZOP, SIL/LOPA) and other risk assessments.
* Productivity Improvement: Deliver business-critical projects, including yield and productivity improvement initiatives.
* Interpret User Requirements: Learn to develop project scopes and adapt plans to meet changing business needs.
