Rome Business School (Italy) is hiring a Digital Performance Specialist.

Responsibilities
* Plan, manage, and oversee lead generation and conversion through digital advertising campaigns primarily on search engines (Google, Bing), social media (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok), and specialized education portals.
* Coordinate and manage online advertising campaigns aligned with the school’s objectives and performance targets.
* Monitor KPIs such as traffic, LTR, lead volume, CPL, investment, conversion to enrollment, and profitability.
* Account monitoring based on markets/regions, product portfolio, admission sessions, study mode, seasonality, and target audience.
* Ensure compliance with key digital metrics (LTR, CPC/CPM, CPL/CPA, Reach/%IS, impression frequency) and control the entire sales funnel from traffic acquisition to enrollment.
* Analyze and report account performance, guaranteeing adherence to and development of action plans.
* Interact and coordinate with key stakeholders, including channel partner agencies, internal digital team, and commercial team (marketing/communication and sales departments).
Requirements
* University degree, preferably in business, economics, marketing, or analysis.
* Minimum 3 years experience as SEM Manager, Performance Specialist, or Trafficker in a digital media agency or company with a lead-generation acquisition model.
* Analytical skills and understanding of the commercial model and KPI relationships.
* Knowledge and use of GAds and/or SA360 highly appreciated.
* Familiarity with tools such as GA4, Google Webmaster Tools, SemRush, Google Trends, Google Ads Keyword Planner, CRO, Core Web Vitals, etc. is welcome.
* Proactive profile with excellent coordination and activity control skills, and motivation to contribute to a growing project.
