Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Assistente Governante at Borgo San Felice Resort, located in Castelnuovo Berardenga. The Assistente Governante will support the housekeeping department by overseeing daily operations, coordinating tasks, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organization. Responsibilities include supervising laundry operations, training and guiding staff, maintaining outstanding customer service, and assisting in the seamless functioning of the housekeeping team to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Laundry operations and attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with both guests and team members
Excellent Organization xrdztoy Skills for task coordination and efficient time management
Experience in Training and providing guidance to maintain team standards
Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem‑solving
Relevant experience in housekeeping roles, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting
Availability to work on‑site in Castelnuovo Berardenga
Basic understanding of Italian and/or English languages is advantageous
