Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional career opportunity, within the new in-house Beauty Division, for a Trade Marketing Specialist based in Milan.
The ideal candidate is a highly motivate and passionate person, with previous experience in trade marketing preferably in the same sector. The position is based in our Office in Milan and part of the EMEA Marketing team of our Beauty Division.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager the Trade Marketing Specialist oversees the Trade Marketing plan execution across Dolce&Gabbana beauty European distributors, in line with Brand target and Marketing Plan.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support the Marketing Manager in planning annual activities in line with the Global Marketing Plan and brand targets;
* Monitor and approve trade marketing plans proposed by distributors, providing feedback in line with brand positioning;
* Coordinate daily with distributors and provide ongoing trade marketing operational support;
* Prepare launchand activity reports based on sell-out performance and ROI;
* Track sell-outprogress for key activations across markets;
* Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Digital, Merchandising, Communication, Planning);
* Ensure COOP budget monitoring and management.
Profile:
* Required minimum 2/3 years of experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing, preferably within the luxury beauty market;
* University degree in Business, with a focus on Marketing and Sales;
* Strong analytical and organizational skills;
* Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage complexity;
* Proficiency inMicrosoft Office applications;
* Excellent level of English, both written and spoken.
