Experteer Overview
As part of Generali Operations Service Platform (GOSP), you will support Managed IT Services focused on critical financial applications. You will help sustain IT infrastructure, coordinate tasks with cross-functional teams, and drive improvements in availability and performance. This role sits at the intersection of customers, GOSP teams, and vendors, shaping IT operations and project execution. It offers the chance to contribute to innovation and digitization in a large multinational insurer. You will work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with a strong focus on SLAs and customer value.
Retribuzione / Benefits
* Daily IT resource operations with health checks and incident/problem management within SLAs
* Proactively ensure high system and infrastructure availability
* Monitor performance and capacity; develop status reports and trend estimates
* Troubleshoot application incidents; manage customer-GOSP interactions for evolutions and defects
* Write and maintain scripts to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks
* Support design and implementation of solutions to meet business needs; monitor day-to-day project tasks
* Coordinate activities to develop Statements of Work for new projects and opportunities
* Identify enhancements and analyze further business opportunities
Responsabilità
* Master Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
* Broad technical skills with emphasis on generic capabilities rather than specialized verticals
* Strong programming skills; proficient with MS Office; advanced Excel; DB query language knowledge
* Knowledge of finance concepts (plus)
* Fluency in English and Italian; second foreign language optional
* Strong learning agility; autonomous and proactive work style
* Team-oriented, humble, flexible, hands-on problem solver
* Resilience in a demanding environment; genuine passion for innovation
* Strategic thinking; good public speaking and presentation skills
* Experience with stakeholder management and customer-facing roles
