In line with IT Strategy of the company, the IT Network Analyst is responsible to implement and operate network & security solutions on‑premises and in Azure cloud, execute and guarantee smooth and efficient operation across MSC Cruises' global network solutions, ensure adequate security level and govern company IT projects. The ideal candidate will have a range of skills that include technical expertise, project management record and is a team player.
Key Accountabilities
Operate and maintain complex Networks (LAN, WAN, WiFi, Firewalls, Load‑Balancers, SDWAN, Cloud, Satellite)
Manage security devices to enforce network security policies as per MSC Cruises guidelines.
Incident and change management of related areas (Network, Security, Remote Access, Load‑Balancers, SDWAN, Azure clouds, etc.) hosted on premises and in Azure.
Monitor Network performances and alarms. Ability to manage different Service Providers and System Integrators.
Update and manage IT Network Documentation.
Interact with IT third party for innovation tasks and developing new services.
Provide technical expertise to develop new product strategies, provide inputs against new solutions/applications or enhancements.
