Job Description Summary:
We are looking for an Head of Direct Tax & Transfer Pricing to lead our tax strategy and compliance framework, ensuring alignment with both Italian regulations and international standards. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to Nadara's tax function in a dynamic, multinational environment committed to sustainability and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage all direct tax activities for Italian legal entities, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
• Oversee transfer pricing strategy and documentation at Group level, coordinating Master File and Local Files in line with OECD guidelines and country-specific requirements.
• Drive implementation and monitoring of CbCR and Pillar II frameworks, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Supervise tax consolidation regime and related compliance activities, providing strategic input to optimize tax positions.
• Advise on complex tax matters including PEs, CFCs, anti-hybrid rules, and cross-border structuring.
• Manage withholding tax compliance on intercompany flows and third-party transactions, assessing impacts of extraordinary deals.
• Coordinate tax cash flow forecasting in partnership with Finance, ensuring alignment with business planning.
• Represent the company in audits, litigation, and interactions with tax authorities, safeguarding corporate interests.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Controlling) and external advisors to deliver consistent tax support.
Requirements
• Senior tax professional with 7–10 years of experience in multinational environments or leading advisory firms.
• Deep expertise in Italian corporate tax law and international tax principles.
• Proven leadership in transfer pricing strategy, compliance, and documentation.
• Strong knowledge of OECD BEPS initiatives, especially Pillar II and CbCR.
• Experience in withholding tax management and intercompany transaction oversight.
• Strategic mindset, analytical rigor, and ability to influence at executive level.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP/tax accounting systems.
