Position: Team Leader HR – Pharma Sector
The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving results and increasing business in permanent recruitment within the assigned target and geographical area. Main activities include business development, coordinating a team of HR consultants and recruiters, and managing candidate search and selection.
Key responsibilities:
* Map the target territory to identify prospect companies for commercial activities;
* Maintain and increase revenue levels within the assigned budget;
* Create opportunities for cross-selling and upselling;
* Collaborate with the HR departments of client companies to monitor process and service performance;
* Supervise and coordinate the work of the team active in the assigned territory;
* Define commercial and development strategies;
* Manage the process of searching and selecting qualified personnel for client companies.
Candidate profile:
* Degree in economics or humanities with a focus on HR;
* At least 5 years of experience in permanent recruitment at recruitment agencies or corporate environments, focusing on middle and top management profiles;
* Strong results orientation and client management skills;
* Proactivity;
* Excellent relational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
