The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting and financial processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and supporting strategic financial decisions. /ppbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities: /strong /ppbr/pulliDirect reporting to Country Manager-Italy and dotted line to CFO-HQ. /liliManage accounting and financial operations. /liliPrepare strongmonthly reports /strong, including balance sheets and PL statements. /liliPrepare strongcash flow statements /strong and manage all reconciliations with third parties. /liliOversee strongbudgeting and financial planning /strong processes. /liliEnsure strongfinancial accuracy /strong and compliance with internal policies. /liliEnsure adherence to stronglegal and regulatory standards /strong. /liliCoordinate stronginternal and external audits /strong. /liliEvaluate operational costs to strongimprove efficiency /strong. /liliMaintain close communication with internal and external stakeholders. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongQualifications: /strong /ppbr/pulliBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. /liliMinimum strong4 years of experience /strong in a similar role. /liliExperience in strongaccounting, financial planning, internal controls, and audit /strong. /liliStrong knowledge of strongIFRS reporting /strong and financial analysis. /liliAdvanced level of strongEnglish /strong (written and spoken). /liliStrong command of strongMS Office applications /strong. /liliExcellent analytical skills and attention to detail. /liliProactive, open-minded, and strongglobal perspective /strong. /liliAudit experience is a plus. /li /ul
