Sidel is looking for a Mechanical Engineer. He/she will be part of the mechanical engineering team in charge of the development and maintenance of mechanical modules. Your Mission
1. Responsible of the study phase of parts, sub assembly or even full modules.
2. Accountable of design accordance to specification.
3. He/She will be focused on the filler transversal functions (bottle handling, blower interface, aerolic system, etc)
4. Accountable of design according to technical feasibility, assembly and maintenance of the components.
5. Autonomous in the management of the detailed tasks, securing the respect of the planning and time schedule.
6. Manage technical problem solving., participating or organising design review, qualification review, functional analysis, FMEA analysis, based on six sigma approach.
7. Secure quality of assembly drawings, design models, calculation notes and functional analysis. Manage the non conformity by RCA approach, defining properly preventive and corrective action to implement quality continuos improvements.
8. Supports Supply chain / giving proper information about modules/lob industrialization ( i.e. derogation, resourcing ….) according to the functional matrix skills.
9. Accountable to strictly respect compliance to Sidel design specification, Sidel design process and product evolution.
10. Respect process for architecture governance (platform architecture, standardisation principle, granularity rules, interfaces standardisation level, modular cad approach).

11. Mechanical Engineer Master
12. High school diploma at Technical Institute as preferential requirement
