As an LC Technician, you will take charge of servicing and maintaining wind turbines at our customers' wind farms, focusing on large component replacements. You will leverage your expertise in electricity and mechanics to independently solve on-site problems, ensuring high operational reliability while providing exceptional service. Safety will always be your top priority as you support customers both remotely and on-site, coordinating service operations and resolving product issues during significant corrective actions.
How You'll Make An Impact
You will lead the service and maintenance of wind turbines, ensuring high operational reliability and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with customers to coordinate service operations and resolve product issues during large corrective actions.
Perform pre-defined technical tasks, including basic commissioning of products and systems, integration of components, and maintenance jobs.
Ensure that all on-site work is conducted with the highest safety standards in mind.
Travel abroad for training and corrective actions as needed, enhancing your skills and knowledge in the field.
What You Bring
A high school diploma, preferably in mechanical or electrical fields, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the electricity or mechanical industry (experience in the wind industry is a significant advantage).
Comfort working at high altitudes and a strong safety awareness.
Experience working with cranes and platforms, along with a valid driving license.
Flexibility and readiness to travel, as our customers' wind farms are geographically diverse.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate and complete documentation.
The total compensation package for this position, including both fixed and variable components, ranges between €30,000 – €41,000 gross per year.
Salary ranges for this role are provided in accordance with applicable local legislation. The stated range is based on the Italian labour market. Where a role may be performed in multiple locations in Italy or abroad, compensation will vary depending on factors such as market conditions, including the local cost of living, as well as experience and qualifications. In such cases, the specific salary range for the location of interest will be communicated in the early stages of the recruitment process and, in any case, before any potential offer of employment is made.
