PURPOSE OF THE JOB
* You manages Electrical Harness installation resources and activities on the project you are responsible.
* You are responsible of the electrical deliveries for each electrical baseline of the project you contributing to.
* Build and develop the EHI technical competency in the Team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Performance Measurement/KPI’s
* Quality of their delivery (included sub-contractor delivery):
o 1st time quality rate > 90% (quality rate = modification validated OK / number of modifications applied)
* Respect of the delivery planning (included sub-contractor delivery):
o 100% on time delivery
* Level of application of standard PPL:
o 85% of PPL for interface connector and 100% for production break connector.
* Configuration management of your deliverables:
o 100% of deliverables properly managed into configuration database
* Continuous improvementor Return on Experience (RoE) management from previous projects:
o zero missing RoE
Accountable for:
* Delivery of the right product at the right moment to the project Train Electrical Engineer, the product consisting into the complete electrical case or a set of electrical deliverablesfor each baseline and retrofit made of :
* Harness Design workload on your project/tender,
* Applying of the Metier rules and processes
Responsible for:
* Delivery of harness 3D models from mechanical integration,
* Managing the EHI QCD of your project,
* Managing the EHI work-load of your project, and effective utilization of Harness designer
* Sub-contracting management (definition, monitoring, acceptance)
MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
Educational Requirements
Mandatory:
Graduate from an Engineering School
Experience
Mandatory:
* Total experience 5 + Years
* Electronic / Electrotechnical / Electro - Mechanical engineering knowledge
* Electrical CAD experience (at least 3 years)
* Experience in activity and team management (at least 2 years)
* Uses of E3S or See One
* Railway experience
* Industrial and manufacturing view in order to better understand their “internal clients
* Good Communications and interpersonal skills
* Customer Focus
* Structured and organised with Hands-on approach
* Fluent in English and national language on the site
* Resilience
* Able to work in an international, multi-site and matrix organization structure
* Force of proposal to improve processes and deliverables
