Overview IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY | FULL-TIME|6-MONTHS:
We are looking for a passionate and engaged IT Service Desk intern to join our IT Service Desk team in our offices in Trebaseleghe (PD).
Your Impact
Management of user requests and problems related to assigned devices;
Management of employee onboarding and offboarding, including asset management;
Assisting in the configuration and support of hardware and software devices;
Monitoring and managing support tickets through our ticketing system;
Collaboration with IT Service Desk Milan team and other departments to ensure timely resolution of reported issues.
Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in the IT field;
Basic knowledge of both hardware and software aspects of computers;
Familiarity with major operating systems;
Knowledge of Office Automation;
Good command of the English language;
Availability, flexibility, and listening skills;
Basic networking skills and familiarity with major instant communication systems.
