Mother and Child Marketing Intern
Your role:
Join our 6-month extracurricular internship role where you will support the young and dynamic Consumer and Professional Mother and Child Care Marketing Team in the IIG region (Italy, Israel, Greece).
You are responsible for:
1. Be responsible for transcreation of artworks, technical leaflets, website, app.
2. Create, update and translate presentation decks for internal and external meetings and sales briefings.
3. Ensure packaging marketing, legal & regulatory compliance for new product launches.
4. Play a key role in creating media content for campaigns, including social media posts and materials for influencer collaborations, to drive consumer engagement and brand awareness.
5. Category analysis and portfolio benchmark.
6. Monitor marketing initiative performance and update results achieved based on KPIs.
7. Supporting Rating & Reviews activities.
8. Newsletter localization
9. 360° support for the entire category, also on client projects and in-store.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following:
10. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
11. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Italian
12. Digital savvy: proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
13. Strong analytical skills, data-driven: proficient in MS Excel
14. Curious mindset, positive, and proactive approach
15. Team player with the ability to work autonomously
16. Passionate about contributing innovative ideas and cooperating with different levels of the organization.
Note: This internship may provide opportunities to transition into our sales team; therefore, a candidate's interest in the sales field would be advantageous.
