Offerta
The Hardware Engineer will have the following responsibilities:
- Translate functional and regulatory requirements into complete hardware designs for gas burner applications.
- Develop schematic diagrams, component selection, and architecture for electronic boards.
- Oversee the entire development flow: design → prototyping → validation → testing → release.
- Define and execute test plans for hardware validation, including reliability, safety, and performance tests.
- Collaborate closely with Software, Mechanical, Product Management, and Quality teams within a multinational R&D network.
- Support the definition of requirements in coordination with international stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of methodologies, test procedures, and design documentation.
- Interface with suppliers and technical partners for prototype development and component optimization.
Competenze ed esperienza
A successful Hardware Engineer should have:
- Degree in Electronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in electronic hardware design (analog & digital).
- Strong knowledge of PCB design tools, electronic components, and laboratory instrumentation.
- Experience in validation and testing of electronic boards, including test plan definition.
- Familiarity with structured development processes and multidisciplinary environments.
- Understanding of safety standards and compliance for electronic products (preferable in combustion, appliances, or industrial control).
- Ability to manage end‐to‐end projects with a methodical and structured approach.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
