Marketing Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced marketing operations manager to lead our marketing efforts in Italy's residential business segment.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in project management, data analysis, and process improvement, with experience in managing cross-regional initiatives and multi-channel marketing.
This role requires a hands-on professional who can develop and execute high-impact marketing campaigns, collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners, and drive market growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a marketing operations strategy that aligns with business development goals and revenue growth.
* Manage the execution of online and offline marketing initiatives, including digital advertising, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and performance-driven marketing.
* Lead B2B and B2C marketing campaigns, organizing exhibition and customer-facing events to promote our brand.
* Manage social media channels and content creation, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand voice across platforms.
* Collaborate with customers on co-marketing initiatives to expand market share.
* Create compelling marketing content, such as case studies, sales presentations, social media campaigns, and thought leadership pieces.
* Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business development goals and revenue growth.
* Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and maintain a strong regional presence.
* Prepare and deliver marketing performance reports and presentations for the Country Manager, providing strategic insights and recommendations for continued growth.
